The perfect gift is often a card

It can be very hard trying to find the perfect birthday gift for the same person year after year. Sometimes the best thing to do is give a gift card. Now, some people think that giving gift cards is lazy and impersonal. I think they are a great way to make sure that your special person gets something that they want and will use.
My 16 year old niece recently announced that she wanted music for her birthday. When I asked what groups and singers she liked, she rattled off a list of names I have never heard before. It would not have been cool to ask her to write them down, and if there is anything I strive to reach it is being considered cool in the eyes of my 16 year old niece!
After a short search on the internet I found many sources for online music gift cards. You can get iTunes gift cards, Amazon gift cards, Target, Wal-Mart; in fact, nearly every store has gift cards you can buy online.
And best of all, my niece thought I was really cool. Not only did she love her gift card, she still loves listening to the music she downloaded with it!
